VManage collects/uses data per DPDP Act 2023 on vmanage website and apps.
Data Profiles
Profiles: Names, phones, emails, addresses, IDs for customers/suppliers or users.
Transactions: Payments, invoices, subscriptions via Razorpay.
Technical: IP, device info, app usage, Firebase logs.
Comms: WhatsApp/SMS notifications coming soon for Pro users, support chats.
Collected via forms, cookies, third-parties (Firebase, Razorpay, WhatsApp/SMS).
Data Use and Sharing
No sharing to other apps only Used for notifications, analytics, fraud prevention, service improvement.
Share with consent to users, or legal demands; no sales.
Aggregated insights for optimization.
Security and Retention
Encryption, access controls, Firebase rules protect data; retain transactions 2 years.
No system is 100% secure, you should secure credentials.
User Rights
Access/correct/delete data, withdraw consent (limits Services), portability; contact vmanage.cs@gmail.com (7day response).

Third-Parties and Children
Review policies of Razorpay, Firebase, required for minors.
Updates notified via Platform/email.
