These Terms govern access to vmanage on PC, mobile apps, and Services provided by VManage ("VManage", "we", "us") for manage and track credits, income and expenses and monitoring, payments, and notifications for digital ledger.
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and represent you are 18+ with legal capacity.
Services Overview
Platform enables Users to manage credits, income and expenses, payments via Razorpay for plan subscription, WhatsApp/SMS notifications coming soon, invoices, and subscriptions with limitations as per plan.
Third-party integrations (Firebase, Netlify, payment gateways) handle specific functions under their terms.
Account and Data Responsibilities
By signing in from google Account or by Creating new account it will consider user is already aggred with terms and conditions and Privacy policies, Create accurate profiles; maintain password security and notify vmanage.cs@gmail.com of breaches.
Obtain explicit consent before adding contacts and their details and cease use if withdrawn.
Upload true User Data and backup independently.
Payments and Subscriptions
Third-party gateways process fees; we deduct commissions but guarantee no card data storage.
Plans enforce limits (for manage multiple business profile and WhatsApp/SMS automation coming soon for PRO users); auto-billing via Cloud Functions; non-refundable except legally required.
Fraudulent use may trigger payment holds.
Prohibited Conduct
No unlawful use, data scraping, malware transmission, or IP infringement; comply with ledger related/payment laws.
Users ensure data to not sharing beyond authorized users.
IP and Feedback
We own Platform IP; you get limited use license. Feedback becomes our property without compensation.
Termination and Liability Limits
We may suspend for violations; "as-is" Services with no data access.
Liability capped at 12 months' fees; no consequential damages. Technology provider only, not users.
Governing Law
Indian law applies; arbitrate in INDIA under Arbitration Act, 1996 (single arbitrator, English).
